About Quindanning Buffalo

From our Peel‑region pastures to your table.

Quindanning Buffalo was established in 2021 with a vision to introduce Riverine Buffalo farming to Western Australia’s Peel region. What began as a small, future‑focused venture has grown steadily, and today we’re proud to be home to the largest buffalo herd in Western Australia and the state’s only milking herd.

Our buffalo are raised on open pastures with care, respect and plenty of space to roam. This approach produces high‑quality milk now used to create cheese, ice‑cream, yoghurt and fresh drinking milk. In 2024, we began supplying milk commercially and continue to welcome new stockists as our production expands.

We also supply premium buffalo meat, offering top cuts including fillet, scotch and sirloin, along with sausages and beef patties. You can even try our well‑loved Buffalo Burger at the Quindanning Hotel.
