With just two ingredients (yes, really), you can whip up a soft, golden, flavour‑packed pizza base using our Quindanning Buffalo Natural Yogurt. The richness of buffalo milk gives the dough a beautiful tenderness you don’t get from regular yogurt, making this a go‑to for quick dinners, family nights, or those “I need something now” moments


Buffalo milk naturally contains more creaminess and a higher fat content than cow’s milk, which means our yogurt brings extra softness, elasticity and flavour to the dough. The result is a base that’s easy to work with and bakes into a perfectly chewy, slightly tangy crust.


Ingredients
  • 1 cup self‑raising flour

  • 1 cup Quindanning Buffalo Natural Yogurt

(That’s it!)


Method
  1. Add the flour and buffalo yogurt to a mixing bowl.

  2. Stir with a spoon until the mixture starts to come together.

  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

  4. Shape into one large pizza base or divide into smaller individual ones.

  5. Add your favourite toppings, keep it simple to let the buffalo flavour shine.

  6. Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are bubbling.


TIP: Try adding some creamy buffalo mozzerella for a rich, cheesy finish!
